What is the reward for this promotion?
$5 FaZe Clan® Merchandise Code. The $5 codes can only be redeemed on FaZe Clan® merch purchases of $30+. Only one $5 code can be used per transaction.

How many times can I enter this promotion?
You may enter as many times as you'd like, but you can only upload up to 3 valid receipts to earn up to 3 FaZe Clan® codes.
How many rewards could I win?
There is a limit of three codes per person.
What is the time frame for uploading my receipt from date of purchase?
The product purchase date and timestamp must be within July 1, 2022 – February 1, 2023 of receipt upload for the purchases to be considered eligible.
Did you make a purchase online?
Follow these additional steps to obtain an image of your receipt from an online purchase:

  1. Log into your online account on the retailer's app or website.
  2. View your order/purchase history.
  3. Select the specific order, screenshot or save a copy of your receipt, and submit.

Please ensure your receipt includes all requirements listed in the Terms & Conditions.
My receipt is too long to fit in one photo. What should I do?
If your receipt is too long you may fold your receipt accordion-style so that it only shows the required items which are:
  • Store name
  • Purchase date & time
  • Eligible products
  • Purchase price
  • Receipt Total
I received an email that said my receipt was rejected. What should I do?
Follow the instructions within your emails to either make a new purchase or take a new photo of your receipt. Make sure that your receipt image is clear and shows the retailer, contains a valid product, purchase date and timestamp, the purchase price and receipt total and has not already been previously accepted.
How will I know if I've earned a reward?
You will receive an email of your verification status within 72 hours from uploading your receipt. You can also sign back in to see if your receipt has been approved.
I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
Make sure you are visiting directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser. Also, please try to clear cookies and cache on your internet browser.
I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
Try these troubleshooting tips:
  1. Make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of your browser.
  2. Check to see that JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
  3. Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact and provide your updated information.

Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register or claim my prize?
Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
