What is the offer for this promotion?
Purchase $20 worth of participating products at any participating retail store location or online in a single transaction on one receipt between 10/28/24 and 12/31/24. Then, upload your receipt by 1/15/25 to receive a $10 eGift Card. See the Terms & Conditions for complete details.
How many times can I enter the promotion?
You may enter once throughout the promotion period.
How many offers could I earn?
There is a limit of one offer per household during the promotion period.
How will I know if I've earned the offer?
After you send in your receipt, you'll receive an email letting you know if your receipt has been approved or if you'll need to try again. Once it is approved, you'll receive another email containing your rebate. In most cases, you'll receive the email with your rebate 2-3 weeks after your receipt has been approved. However, this could take up to 6 weeks to fulfill.
What are the receipt requirements?
When you upload a receipt, please be sure to follow these steps:
  1. Take a clear photo of your receipt.
  2. Include the entire receipt in your image.
  3. Make sure these items can clearly be seen:
    • Purchase date & time (between 10/28/24 and 12/31/24)
    • Purchase price
    • Purchase total
    • Contains $20 worth of participating Blue Buffalo and/or KONG dog toy products
    • Retailer
  4. Be sure to upload by 1/15/25
I got a message that I've already entered, but I haven't. What should I do?
This offer is only open to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) who are 18 or older. Only one offer is allowed per household, so it's possible someone in your household has already earned an offer. Also keep an eye on your email if you've uploaded a receipt, and we will send you a status of your receipt soon after.

I think I’m having technical issues. What should I do?
Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information. Please Note: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register or claim my prize?
Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
